I am Jan Cho, a commercial growth and transformation leader, based in London, with over 20 years of experience in integrated agency settings across Asia and Europe.
Over the past decade, my work has expanded beyond brand and communications into service design and operating model transformation spanning data, technology and experience-led offerings, with full commercial accountability across market & global roles.
GLOBAL EXPERIENCE. I spent 3 years in the Worldwide team of TBWA, a top global creative network, as Global Head of Product. My remit sat centrally, working with North America, Europe and APAC to scale market-led capability & global GTM efforts.
In that role, I helped launch multiple global products and rebuilt the global Data Centre of Excellence - transforming it from a support function and cost centre into a commercially viable growth engine for the network.
MARKET LEADERSHIP. Prior to that, I led the Hong Kong market for 7 years, taking the business through one of the longest structural downturns any major market has faced, and emerging as the most consistently awarded agency in creative effectiveness and business innovation.
